Local Student Registration
After selecting your courses, fill out the online application form and upload your report card/transcript. Certain courses require prerequisite courses. (Ex: If you are enrolling into Grade 11 English, we need to see that you have completed Grade 10 English before you can enroll)
After completing the application form, you will be moved on to the payment checkout stage to purchase your selected course(s).
4. Document Assessment
CHLA will assess your report/card to transcript to ensure you have completed any necessary prerequisite courses. You will receive log-in access to your course within 48 hours.
5. Begin Your Course!
Once you have received your log-in, you will be put in contact with your assigned teacher and can begin your course!

International Student Registration
1. Register and Pay the Assessment Fee
Students will choose their program and pay an upfront (non-refundable) $100 application fee and complete the registration form online. Register Here!
2. Complete the Assessment Test and Interview
CHLA will then email the student an English/Math based assessment test to complete and submit online. After completing the assessment test, an interview is then scheduled with the Principal of CHLA. During this interview the Principal will conduct an oral assessment of the student’s ability to speak English (phone or Skype). The assessment test must be completed and submitted within 10 days.
3. Pay the Admission Fee
Students who successfully pass the assessment test and interview will be granted admission into CHLA. Students will receive an email with further instructions and will pay an admissions fee of $150 for enrolment into the school. The deadline to pay the admission fee is 5 days after receiving admission.
4. Document Review and Acceptance Letter
CHLA will then assess all documents and transcripts provided by the student and will develop a course package based on the field of study the student wishes to pursue. CHLA will send a conditional letter of acceptance to the student outlining program details and a summary of fees and tuition. The student will be given 2.5 weeks to decide to enrol before the application becomes invalid.
5. Full Enrolment and Tuition Payment
If the student wishes to enrol, full tuition payment must be made before a formal letter of acceptance can be issued. Tuition will be paid by direct deposit. Banking information will be provided at the time of the conditional letter of acceptance.
